Henri Meiring, Barend Smit, Janine Penniall, and Lani Venter—a group of extraordinary athletes who have dedicated years to the relentless pursuit of greatness in the field of CrossFit and a shared goal of representing our continent on the global stage. This year, their unwavering commitment and tireless effort have earned them a coveted spot at the 2024 CrossFit Games to be hosted in Fort Worth, Texas, from 8th to 12th August 2024, where the world's top athletes compete for the title of the Fittest on Earth.
